• We offer secure domestic and international shipping.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• All garments are packed in signature Shanti packaging, designed to preserve the integrity of the weave.

Delivery Timelines:

• India: 7–14 business days
• International: 14–21 business days

Note: Select styles may require extended lead times due to artisanal handcrafting.

Refunds & Cancellations

• We do not offer refunds.
• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase, after which production begins.
• Refunds, if approved, will only be processed as store credit.

Returns & Exchanges

Every piece is made with intent. And made for you.

We do not follow mass-production practices. Each piece is hand-finished and often made to order.
Exchanges and returns are accepted only under rare circumstances:

1. If the piece arrives damaged

• Notify us within 5 days of receipt.
• Upon verification, a credit note will be issued, valid across our ateliers and online.

2. If you’ve received an incorrect order

• We will arrange an exchange once the original item is returned in pristine condition.

Slight irregularities in weave, colour, or texture are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
