• We offer secure domestic and international shipping
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
• All garments are packed in signature Shanti packaging, designed to preserve the integrity of the weave
• Delivery timelines range between:
  • India: 7–14 business days
  • International: 14–21 business days
• Select styles may require extended lead times due to artisanal handcrafting.

We do not offer refunds. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase, post which production begins. Refunds, if approved, will only be processed as store credit.

We do not follow mass-production practices. Each piece is hand-finished and often made to order. Exchanges and returns are accepted only under rare circumstances:

• If the piece arrives damaged
  Notify us within 5 days of receipt. Upon verification, we’ll issue a credit note valid across our ateliers and online.
• If you’ve received an incorrect order
  We will arrange for an exchange as soon as the original item is returned to us in pristine condition.

Please note: Slight irregularities in weave, colour, or texture are signatures of handmade craftsmanship and not considered defects.
